I was very impressed with the massage I received from Tammy! I have had 150+ massages over the years, including massage memberships, so I know quality massage. Tammy was professional...she listened to my concerns and addressed them. So many therapists spend the majority of the time on your back, and brush over arms, legs and feet. I recently moved to Minnesota. I tried several different massage places, getting packages and explaining that I wanted a full body massage, including hands and toes. I NEVER had a massage therapist who honored that request (even after explaining to the "manager" what I wanted). I have been looking for a quality massage therapist for some time now. I've been to several in the area, and never really found one that provided the expertise I needed. Enter Tammy and Better Health Concepts. From my first appointment, I knew that Tammy was the massage therapist I had been seeking. For over 12 years I couldn't walk for more than 50 feet without my hip flexors cramping. Even after 3 months of Physical Therapy 3 times a week, no improvement. Turns out there are tendons that have to be therapeutically stretched beyond what you can do yourself with simple exercise. Tammy really knows how to apply pressure to just the right points to release that tightness. It takes special training and she's had it! Therapeutic massage and deep tissue, pressure point massage. Great for getting deep muscles to relax. Better price than anywhere else!
