I highly recommend Better Health Concepts, whether you simply need a relaxing massage or if you need more therapeutic work. Tammy creates an extremely relaxing environment which allows a person to let go of tension and let their thoughts drift without distractions. She is also very knowledgeable about musculo-skeletal issues, so when I’ve experienced an injury or particular tension, she is able to address the problem in conjunction with my chiropractor. I highly recommend Tammy for massage services! I’ve been seeing her for prenatal massages, but she also has a high knowledge of muscles, pressure points, trigger points, shiatsu points etc. Tammy is friendly and welcoming and does a great job.

I've been seeing Tammy for a couple of months now and really appreciate her approach to my chronic pain. With her help, I've been able to move better day to day. She's quick to offer at home stretches to consider to target specific muscles that often flare up for me as well as things I can do while I'm traveling for work that often aggrivate my trouble spots, and that's really helpful, too.

I have been seeing Tammy for massages for years now. She is knowledgeable, experienced, kind and respectful. I have literally followed her as she has come and gone from different locations. I highly recommend her.

Tammy did a great job of explaining the muscles that were causing my back pain and instructed me on home stretches that would also help. It was an excellent massage and very relaxing. Her office is simple and uncomplicated.
