I recently moved to Minnesota. I tried several different massage places, getting packages and explaining that I wanted a full body massage, including hands and toes. I NEVER had a massage therapist who honored that request (even after explaining to the "manager" what I wanted). I have been looking for a quality massage therapist for some time now. I've been to several in the area, and never really found one that provided the expertise I needed. For over 12 years I couldn't walk for more than 50 feet without my hip flexors cramping. Even after 3 months of Physical Therapy 3 times a week, no improvement. Turns out there are tendons that have to be therapeutically stretched beyond what you can do yourself with simple exercise. Tammy really knows how to apply pressure to just the right points to release that tightness. It takes special training and she's had it! Tammy is a wonderful massage therapist! She knows her stuff and helps you for the long run. I went to her while pregnant and she gave me tips for at home. Before pregnancy she helped loosen some knots in my back that had been there for years. Great to work with.

Tammy is a very thorough massage therapist. She customizes each massage session to your individual needs whether it be for relaxation or pain management. I always leave her office feeling much younger and more flexible.
