I have enjoyed the coaching sessions. At my age 81, I found that I was getting a little over cooking a meal each night. Now I have renewed interest in eating well. The coaching has help me with my nearly being Type 2 diabetese. With care It will remain a thing of the past. Many thanks to Hayley. She has been great. Both helpful and fun to speak with.
Was so glad I signed up for this. It was very helpful and I learnt some new things that I will keep using. My health coach was great, very helpful, informative and always provided me with additional resources and suggestions. Would highly recommend to anyone.
