This place was very unprofessional, the representatives (all of them) don't take there positions apart to there contracts, the day I went in 6/11/2026 for a 2pm appointment I was disrespected and mistreated verbally, little did they know I speak Spanish as well so I over heard everything... one representative wanted me to fill out paperwork and I messed up the first page so I asked for a new one the representative want to continue telling what I messed up on I told her more than 3 times can you give me a new form please she ... read more
Unfortunately, my insurance changed as now I’m under my wife’s company (UPS) insurance which is Blue Cross Blue Shield. Since it’s an out of state insurance, at first they saw me my first visit w/ it then on my second I was denied, no real reason just cause of processing pay delay from the insurance I’m guessing.. Even though on the BCBS page this office & doctor are available. I had blood work done & my follow up visit was to see my results. Dr Santiago and Dr Elena are amazing doctors. If you want to fix your sugar and be happy come to them.
Dr. Thapa, he is the best weight loss Dr in the town. All of our 3 family members lost weight with natural lifestyle. I wish him well for the future.
