Jason was amazing. Took painstaking care and time to pull string, dental floss, plastic, from my drain motor. How that all got caught over the years who knows? I've always had excellent service from his father Roy and now this business is being well taken care if with the utmost care, by his sons. My dishwasher is humming like a dream. Great having trusting repair people on speed dial. Thank you 😊
Older asian man that looked at our appliance doesn’t seem to know what he is doing. He gave us a wrong diagnosis on our appliance and charged us hundreds of dollars for nothing. He said the issue was fixed and when it wasn’t I phoned him. He wanted hundreds of dollars more to come again. How long would his cycle of misdiagnosis continue? Another company came and gave a correct diagnosis of the problem within minutes.
Very EXCELLENT and INCREDIBLE work! Roy, Brian and Jason were not only very professional about the communication, but they also mentioned step by step what was wrong with my machine (washer) and why the issue was happening. They worked together from all angles and they were comfortable having me there to ensure I had any questions answered. Quick and efficient service. They arrived 2 hours after my initial call and fixed my appliance same day. I appreciate their service! Reasonable pricing as well.
My dishwasher stopped on Sunday evening. I called BGAS and they came out nearly first thing Monday morning. Checked over everything in the machine, reset it and all appears fine again. Super fast response time, great service and fair price. I highly recommend BGAS and will call them again if needed. Thanks.
