Great gym. Great environment. Super friendly staff. But no shower or changing rooms (no fault of anyone’s) Larry and the staff are amazing. I love working out here! I have lost 55-60lbs so far. Keep up the great work.
Better fit is a great place to start on your journey to better health and fitness ! Larry is very insightful and helpful ! I’ve recommended him to all my friends in Cardiac Rehab !
Was house-sitting and planned to take a recovery week. Decided not to due to lousy weather. A relative recommended these folks. I got a week pass for $25 USD cash. Nice gym with decent but some dated equipment. Not a big deal as changing things up is good. Smaller gym and can be crowded during peak hours. Everyone there was very nice and friendly. And I got some great workouts in. I'd recommend this gym if you're up for a vacation or working in the area.
Better Fit Fitness is a fantastic gym with an even better owner/staff. Highly recommend.
Perfect for Standish’s needs. Can’t say I didn’t try! The gym is snug and I didn’t feel comfortable on the cardio machines. Had a membership and loved the experience. One on one training with Larry made me feel comfortable and with time could have changed to lifting, but that’s not what I wanted.
