brayden was amazing! he really understands the chemistry of carpet cleaning and pet stain removal, and i am thrilled with the results. I really like family owned businesses, and Better Finish Carpet Care was excellent. After my AC leaked water across my bedroom and closet carpet, I called for help and Tracy explained that it would be best to let the carpet dry for a day before the cleaning. That advice made sense, and the service was handled exactly as promised. When Brayden arrived, the carpet cleaning was fast, thorough, and very professional.
