A while back, I had Tracy from this company come over to look at an old Oriental rug that belonged to my mother and really needed a deep cleaning. Tracy took the rug and used a special carpet cleaning process, and when it was returned, it looked absolutely amazing. I was so happy with how it turned out. Better Finish Carpet Care did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets. I had some tough stains I thought would never come out, but after the cleaning, they disappeared completely.
