We have been using this carpet cleaning service for a long time. It's a family-run business, and scheduling an appointment is always simple and straightforward. Brayden, who came to our home, was very professional, friendly, and respectful. With two dogs, two kids, and lots of dirt tracked inside, our carpets get dirty quickly, but Brayden always manages to make them look fresh and spotless again. Absolutely wonderful service! Better Finish Carpet Care answered my call right away and quickly found a time to come out. Tracy showed up right on schedule and made sure everything was ready for the cleaning. The carpets turned out spotless and fresh. Since our home in Munford tends to be a bit more humid because of our baby, Tracy took extra steps to help the carpets dry faster, which was a big help. BEWARE!!!! I live in Atoka, TN, this business claims to be in Munford, TN; however, when I called to inquire about services, the lady who I spoke with said they do not service my area! This sounds like the EXACT same lady who answered the phone when I called "Gentry Family Carpet Cleaning" After looking into this more - I found out this address is where Munford City Hall is located. This is another FAKE company AND the positive reviews are clearly fake as well. BEWARE!!!!
