I've been seeing Casey for a few months now and she has really helped me change my first response to situations. I used to look at things so negatively and tried to control every situation in my life. John has been fantastic to work with and has been my best experience with therapy so far. He has given me many strategies to help with anxiety along with other techniques to help long term. Would highly recommend.

Better Days Therapeutic Solutions has a very professional but cozy atmosphere. I highly recommend getting mental health services here. Particularly, I have thrived beyond belief under the care of Christina. She has helped me work through a lot of issues that have resulted in me having a much happier life and general positive disposition. After months of severe pain in my neck,hip, and leg due to pinched nerves and failed attempts at fixing the problem, I finally went to Crissy at Better Days. It turns out that my connective tissue was so bound up, causing the knots and pinching on my nerves. Crissy has been wonderful. I can now function normally. She has also been a great source of information on healthy living. Thank you Crissy!
