John has been fantastic to work with and has been my best experience with therapy so far. He has given me many strategies to help with anxiety along with other techniques to help long term. Would highly recommend.

After months of severe pain in my neck,hip, and leg due to pinched nerves and failed attempts at fixing the problem, I finally went to Crissy at Better Days. It turns out that my connective tissue was so bound up, causing the knots and pinching on my nerves. Crissy has been wonderful. I can now function normally. She has also been a great source of information on healthy living. Thank you Crissy!
I absolutely adore the counselor I see here, Christina is relatable, caring, and passionate about seeing her clients succeed. I have had nothing but wonderful, healing experiences with the practice as a whole. HIGHLY recommend their services for anyone struggling with their mental health.
