I've been using Better Day Carpet Care for a long time. Their team always shows up with professional carpet cleaning equipment and uses cleaning solutions that work way better than what you get from rental stores. The best part is, I don't have to spend my whole Saturday cleaning carpets myself. They also did an excellent job on our furniture and even took care of the car seats and carpets too. After a weekend away, we came home to a flooded toilet near our family room in Gastonia. Our hardwood floors, carpets, and rugs were soaked. The carpet cleaning team arrived in under two hours! Douglas and Gregory showed up that night with fans and dehumidifiers, and took our area rugs for cleaning.
