Kyle was both personable and proficient. He thoroughly explained the air duct cleaning process and even provided me with visuals, showcasing the before and after images of the profoundly dirty ducts he had cleaned. The experience was highly positive. I intend to utilize this air duct cleaning service again in the future in Draper.
dustin and kyle may be new to the air duct cleaning scene, but they're quickly establishing themselves with their competitive rates and outstanding performance. i was totally impressed with these guys. dustin did an excellent job this morning explaining the process and significance of each cleaning service. during the cleaning, dustin and kyle worked swiftly and efficiently. i look forward to hiring Better Day Air Duct Cleaners again! i'd give them a 5/5 recommendation!!
Better Day Air Duct Cleaners demonstrated a high level of professionalism and thoroughness during their inspection. Maximus was very clear in explaining what was happening with my vent and the necessary steps needed to rectify the situation with my dryer vent line. I've since advised all my neighbors to have their dryer vent lines cleaned as it significantly improved the efficiency of our dryer. We had a backlog of laundry due to our dryer not functioning properly, but I'm thrilled I reached out to have it fixed.
Called at 4pm on a Thursday and they gave me an appointment window from 8-10am the following morning. They even had a tech call and confirm about a half hour later so I was feeling good that this company could fix my problem. Then the following morning at 9:20 I get a call asking if I still wanted my appointment which was a very strange ask since I called and scheduled it the day before.
