I highly recommend Better Contracting Services. I spoke with them regarding a roof replacement. I was given a quote and explanation of what work would be done. Very professional. The crew that did my roof replacement were very hardworking took their time to make sure my property was covered with traps for any falling debris . After completion the crew went completely around my property to make sure everything was neat and clean. Once again thank you for a great job.
We noticed a problem in the downspout where the rain was gushing out at the top. The call was placed to Mike on Monday and Justin came on Wednesday to check it out and fix it. You couldn't get any company to come more quickly. We are very pleased with Better Contracting's warranty work.
I have a Certainteed Sure Start 5 Star Warranty with my Certainteed roof shingles that were installed in 2013. The warranty is for 50 years. Unfortunately in 2024 one area of the roof developed intermittent leaks caused primarily by poor application of the shingles by the installer. Certainteed called on Better Contracting to make some repairs.
