Pat has done a complete shower renovation for us less than 6 months ago. Now we are experiencing some major issues with the shower pan and I have made numerous attempts to contact Pat to have him come over and address the problem, as the shower is becoming unusable. He has not responded to any of my calls and messages, so now I will be forced to get a different contractor to do the repairs and then use legal means to recover my expenses which I suspect will be fairly significant. Not sure if they are still in business. I have tried repeatedly to contact with no response. There was small issues with our Reno and now I would have to second guess my review . Very frustrating. Mark and pat do excellent work with minimal disruption in the house. They were very accommodating to our requests before and during the project. Very approachable and pleasant to work with. Thanks guys.
