There are two types of contractors 1( contractors who make mistakes and fix them and 2) contractors who make mistakes and run from them. Its human to make mistakes. Its honorable to take responsibility for those mistakes. While Bruce Tehrani did an overall good job on my remodel, he did bungle the install of the granite counters, after three failed attempts at fixing the error, i asked for my install fee of $1200 dollars back.
