Absolutely appalling service. Have spent all my time with this 'mortgage manager' being told what they don't do. Stay away from this badly managed, poor customer service terrible organisation.
Don't bother - don't even look at this company they waste weeks of your time ask for the most ridiculous things that no other bank ever asks for. Then in 2 weeks they come back and ask for more and it's a never ending circle of trying to waste your time and breath. O stars of I could stay away
I Could not be happier, The Product knowledge and Customer Service was second to none. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a friendly professional service.
Have tried for 4 days to contact this company for a statement. No answers or return messages. Don't go there
STEER CLEAR! Application dragged over weeks, constantly asked for more and more documents even though had FULL understanding of file. Applied company debts 100% to client personally for servicing even though 50% shareholder. Ridiculous policies and procedures with no help internally. Would never use again or recommend them to anyone.
