The owner charged me $7,000 to seal the tile on my patio. The sealant did no work. I asked several times and ultimately begged him to refund me a portion of my money and he would not do it. He told me to call the company who made the sealant product and complain to them, even though he was the one who recommended the sealant product. I asked to consider the principle of what he was doing and he ignored my request. Terrible businessman with no understanding for customer service.
