Had a great experience here! I booked a 30-minute back, shoulder, and neck massage, and it was fantastic. I felt so much better afterward - relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend!
I specifically said upper back and neck and pinpointed the pain before session and half way in the session and still he did not massage the area. He massaged my arms when I never asked for it and massaged around the painful are but NEVER on it. Never again
False advertising. They advertise remedial massage for head and neck for 20mins but then refuse to do it saying you have to do at least 30mins because “it is better for us” said the owner Lisa over the phone. Despite the fact they have accepted it before at the same place with the same health fund. However my healthcare fund gap I’d have to pay would be bigger so it’s definitely not better for the customer. Do not go.
worst massage. don’t go there‼️‼️‼️‼️don’t waste your money. this shop should be reported to consumer protection office‼️‼️ contact me for refund or i will call fair trading now
Worse place ever don't go. They barely did anything but rub oil on you. I paid for lymphatic massage and I know you are meant to massage certain areas in your legs and arms but all they did was rub oil and just distribute the oil all over the body. Waste of time dont go.
