When it comes to Physical and Occupational Therapy Coordination, this place couldn’t be worst. Prepare to not get your doctor ordered services for months and when you, often get stood up filled with no shows and fewer than agreed visit so you’ll experience set backs. The staff coordinating this is unresponsive and once you get a hold off them it’s a pointing finger game. Expect to be the middle person and case manager without power. Stay away.

Better Care Home Health is outstanding! Their team is timely, kind, professional, knowledgeable, trusting and friendly. They cared for my mom several times in the last year and provided stellar care. We are blessed to have them.
Highly recommend. After being in the hospital for 4 months we were nervous to go home but Better Care was great at communicating, getting the DMEs and medical supplies we needed and as there the moment my dad arrived and with the care of their skilled nurses he was able to recover. Great folks!
