I had a great experience with the team at Better Care. I was dealing with a burning metal smell whenever the oven went above 380°F, which kept triggering the fire alarm every time I cooked at higher temperatures. They answered my call right away, and scheduled an appointment for that same week. The technician was prompt, professional, and quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue. The service was efficient, reasonably priced, and overall very smooth. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again and highly recommend their team.
The worst experience with this company! Make sure ALWAYS get a second opinion! They sent their “expert” to check my freezer. I have attached the invoices below! He didnt even check the refrigerant level. Just gave me a quote for $3000 for changing expensive parts. Listened to some friends and got a second opinion. They came, saw that refigerant was gone. Found a small leak. Changed a tubing and filled the refigerant for $250!!!!! Please do your self a favour and not fall for this company’s fake reviews. They need to be taugh... read more
