We initially contacted Better Care for help with our gas range, as the burners weren’t lighting consistently and required manual ignition. After a diagnosis, the technician recommended replacing the spark module. It didn’t fix the stove, so he suggested replacing another part, the chain valve. We approved the repairs. However, after the visit replacing the chain valve, the burners stopped working and no longer stay on after ignition. to replace the parts for my downdraft that they suggested after the diagnosis. They says there is no guarantee to be fixed. Just by luck.
I called just as their office was closing and they sent someone the very next day. The technician, Mark, was very knowledgeable, worked quickly, and explained everything clearly. As a side note, I really appreciated he was extra respectful of being in our space and even wore covers on his shoes to not dirty our floors. Great experience overall.
