Not only do they make dealership jobs harder but they offer customers loaners which they can't offer. They piss our rich customers off. Instead of these people sending the calls straight to the dealership they confuse and cause our customers to be upset when we can't do the service they are offering. Worst company I've worked for. Was better before they bought CentralBDC. Poor and out of touch management. Never knew what's was going on and scolded me about my performance when my cousin unalived himself. Don't work here there's a better company that actual cares about it's employees. All the top performers from CentralBDC also left for similar reasons. Heard management made other employees cry as well since we all joined a group chat to talk about our issues with our employment.
