Called Sal on a rainy Saturday morning. He gave me a more than fair quote on replacing my water pump and thermostat housing. Came to my location in a timely manner. He even let me know that the main problem was the housing and asked me if I still wanted to do the water pump as well. He could have replaced both without asking and I would have just accepted it.
