We were home visiting my mom for a few days. The day before we were to leave, the serpentine belt on the car broke. I had tried to replace it but with the finger amputations I've had, was unable to. My wife reminded me that I had used a mobile mechanic years ago. I called & they were able to come out in just a couple hours. The job was completed in a good amount of time, the technician was good, & the cost was good as well.
Sal came same-day to inspect a 2009 honda ridgeline we were interested in buying. He came to the dealership and was extremely thorough. He spent about 45mins inspecting everything bumper to bumper and clearly pointed out issues we could use for negotiation + tips on what to repair in the future. Since he was a Honda mechanic before, he was a great fit for inspecting this truck. He’s great! Would hire again
he doesn’t even deserve one star I schedule an appointment with him two days ago for 8 AM this morning.. At 8:15 I called him. He says he’s three minutes away he apologizes, Two minutes later, he sends me a text “ I’m sorry, I overbooked. I’m at the other customer now. Let me find out what they need and I’ll send you an ETA” So he lied to me on the phone and thought that a text message was gonna make me feel better, so I called him and when I said something, he blamed me saying that I didn’t call.
