I sent a basic reconstruction inquiry to them with several details and they never responded. I even included images. Update: AFTER this review went up, I did get a response saying they were too busy to help. ¯\_(*_*)_/¯ I suppose I can update this to two stars.
I can't express how happy we are with Bernie's work. He, Seth and Ben renovated 2 bathrooms for us and both came out beautifully. The first required removing a jacuzzi tub and tiling, removing the tile floor, replacing/moving ceiling lights and fans.Adding a zero entry walk-in shower with sliding glass doors. Bernie, Seth, and Benjamin did a great job renovating our 70's bathroom with damage to the sub-floor and adding beams to support the new walk-in shower. They removed the old popcorn ceiling and widened the 28" door to a standard size door. They installed new flooring, handicap grab bars and created a shower curtain rod that is strong enough to do pull ups on. Every obstacle that came up they were able to overcome it. If I had another bathroom to renovate they would be the team I would call.

A backed up sewer wreaked havoc in the lower level bathroom. The mediation company tore it apart to fix the water and sewage damage we needed help to rebuild it. Better Call Bernie came to the rescue. He examined the remains of the bathroom and created a plan. He had other jobs booked through March but worked this one in finishing in a month. Beautiful work. He was an easy to discuss things with and helpful with ideas. I highly recommend his work and work ethic.
