I told them my issue and a man told me hand him the keys no questions asked. He drives down the street and back. Then they lifted up my 2017 ford escape. The manager tells me to come out there and he tells me my rear differential needs to be replaced. Then so rudely tells me to leave and they would call me with an estimate.
