I had a legitimate claim against Walmart. I supplied multiple pages of documents proving my claim. BBB caved to Walmart's lies without questioning Walmart's response. Cost me over $300.
The BBB of Arkansas is Not useful at all and should be shut down. I assume they might get government benefits or payments or grants because they do not assist at all.. Someone definitely needs to investigate them
