The BBB of Arkansas is Not useful at all and should be shut down. I assume they might get government benefits or payments or grants because they do not assist at all.. Someone definitely needs to investigate them
Apparently, they're on the take for Walmart now... My case was closed as "resolved, customer unhappy" without any input from me. Emails show that the last message from Walmart indicated they were trying to see if they could send me a check for the refund. After this, the case was closed with the above status. I have sent multiple follow-up emails to the Walmart contact, but I have been ignored ever since the case was closed. I still have not been refunded.
