How do you file a complaint against the BBB for their business unsatisfactory practices? Apparently no one answers the phone and good correspondence is nonexistent. So now, we’re at the point of people getting paid to do nothing, literally!
Haven't seen any corrective action from Roth homes warranty claims or review timeline response by BBB. What's the point for a business to be BBB accredited when the business has not one review or complaint in the 20 years of building homes. Seems suspicious to me...
I trust this Better Business Bureau as far as I can throw it. I have asked Suzanne Guymon numerous times how to file a complaint against this BBB and she refuses to provide that information which tells me she is biased against consumers who don't agree with the way the run their business. She gave me an email address that has nothing to do with the IABBB and she says that they are competent at the Better Business Bureau 😂.
