I trust this Better Business Bureau as far as I can throw it. I have asked Suzanne Guymon numerous times how to file a complaint against this BBB and she refuses to provide that information which tells me she is biased against consumers who don't agree with the way the run their business. She gave me an email address that has nothing to do with the IABBB and she says that they are competent at the Better Business Bureau 😂. Customers file complaints with this scam operation that we didnt answer their calls or call them back and this place is harassing us via email but they wont answer their phone or call us back so we can discuss the claim. 4 Days Ago I file a BBB Complaint against Walmart, No one from the BBB have responded to me, I don't even know if the BBB have even received my complaint. I called and left a message and no one even responded. This office is completely useless and a waste of time! They just side with the business that pay them. My complaint was closed. Walmart did not followed up. Sydney Hancock refused to help or answer my questions!
