0n 8/21/15-8/24/15 I made reservation for hotel Econo-lodge in Wisconsin Dell, Me and my husband arrive on Friday 8/21/15 we check in the hotel, the room was dirty and have odor, so my husband went to the front desk they gave us other room, 2nd room has the same odor. 2nd Room has towels were damp and toss in ball on the rack. and the floor with carpet was soaking wet. By far the worst and almost as corrupt as the business I complained about. They wasted valuable time which caused more damage to my situation. The business I complained about had no ICAR certifications as advertised on their website (Tender Car) and BBB Milwaukee still gives them A + rating. I'm filing every complaint possible, including the Attorney General's office. What mess, and these are NOT OUR ADVOCATES.

I have dealt with BBBs all over the country and this is by far the worst. I filed a complaint against Ace World Wide moving company of Cudahy, WI for charging me $1,128.79 more than their original quote. Since Ace is a "BBB Accredited Business", the BBB barely paid any attention to my complaint and after I asked to leave it unresolved, they closed it.
