The Better Business Bureau does all they can to arbitrate between the customer and the business. The BBB can only make a case it’s up to the business owner and the moral obligation if they have any to work out a agreement both parties can be satisfied with

Filed a BBB complaint against FedEx because FedEx held my overnight package for a week. FedEx refused to tell me why they were holding it, refused to return it, refused to deliver it, refused to tell me how I could remedy. BBB refused my complaint because I didn't give them the air bill number. Instead of simply asking me for the number they refused the complaint. FedEx a donor of BBB?
