We have spent some time through the Nashville BBB trying to get a business to honor a one-year warranty on a replacement phone that broke. We finally took the phone ourselves to get a written diagnostic on the phone saying that it should have been covered under the warranty, and before we could add it to the BBB complaint, the complaint was closed.
