absolutely NOTHING working on their site! Tried filing a complaint....came back 'error try again later', when i came back i get message saying 'reached limit for filing complaint'!??? WTH? i tried to file ONE complaint that DIDN'T go thru, haven't been on their site in months, and I've 'reached my limit'?? So i try leaving a review instead....again, error message. UPDATE: The owner confirmed that Raquel is, in fact, a chatbot. That raises questions for me about how this BBB location operates. It seems likely that the chatbot is provided by a technology company, which makes me wonder how that aligns with the organization's nonprofit mission. In the same response, the owner instructed the reviewer to contact this location by email, but I have never received a follow-up when I follow up via email. Ah yes, nothing screams “consumer advocacy” quite like having your complaint mysteriously rejected at 2 a.m. by the legendary “Raquel N.” for “inappropriate language” — despite there being absolutely no inappropriate language in it whatsoever.
