I have been contacting other BBB bureau before for wrongful charge with no solution, so this time when I was cheated by a company in NV selling weight loss product Garcinia for almost $300, I only hoped I can get help from BBB. Sunrise Hospital assigned my Husband a doctor that was not on our insurance. They took away our insurance benefit. We had to pay the doctors $875.00 because of their error. We had to pay for their mistake. The Better Business Bureau hid my complaint from public view. The public needs to be aware that Sunrise Hospital can take your insurance away from you.
