*Blech* don't do it folks! If you're a business owner they're not here to help you. BBB is just an older version of "Yelp". BBB is another troll haven for people to complain and write ugly things about your business. We played around with BBB back 20 years or so ago. Staff can record and supply you w it. They remained professional throughout entire ordeal even when I was beyond upset at the situation. Hard to understand someone writing their own rules. Like wait, that's not fair. But the Staff stays neutral n records. Thanks guys!
