*Blech* don't do it folks! If you're a business owner they're not here to help you. BBB is just an older version of "Yelp". BBB is another troll haven for people to complain and write ugly things about your business. We played around with BBB back 20 years or so ago. They aren't going to send you any business or lend any credibility to you. Your company is bigger and better than BBB. All you're going to get is an occasional troll complaining about you. Staff can record and supply you w it. They remained professional throughout entire ordeal even when I was beyond upset at the situation. Hard to understand someone writing their own rules. Like wait, that's not fair. But the Staff stays neutral n records. Thanks guys!

I wish the BBB as a whole would do something about the offices of motor vehicles especially the one in BATON ROUGE they never answer the phone they take weeks to get back to you and they're rude as God knows what , they take forever to do anything they give u the run around and tell u the number u called isn't one you can call but we're specifically given that number to call by a government agency ...
