This bbb is useless . They closes my case even though Nelson point apartment did not resolve my issue . No wonder businesses in lake Charles are they way they are . There is no accountability .
I am complaining about a tax service named tax rise to warn seniors how me and my wife was scammed by tax rise with a bunch of promises to help with taxes owed for 2024 they collected 3500 from us and never talked to them again but got letter from irs saying hadcto pay a monthly note then I started calling for weeks and kept complaining till I finally got to talk to right dept after being transferred back and forth arguing 3 call all about 2 hrs long and wanting to part my ways and get refund but this high pressure salesman ... read more
