I recently had A water heater installed by Frank Gay services.They installed A 30gal. unit and charged me for A 40gal. unit I tried to resolve it with them but they are never available to talk to me or even call me back. I had to file A dispute with my credit card company. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE.
This was my 1-star review last week: HORRIBLE BBB! They will not let anyone give a positive review unless the company is "accredited" meaning they have to pay this BBB thousands of dollars to be allowed to post a positive review. This BBB lets anyone write a BAD reviews without the company refuting it and won’t take fake or bad reviews down unless you pay them money. Tremendous engagement with a gentleman named Chuck. He went above and beyond in helping me over the last two days. He is positive and professional, knows his stuff and is a real credit to the Longwood branch of BBB.
So I put in a complaint a few years ago. And there was no satisfaction. Basically the case was closed. I have been ripped off. And I’ve been talking to other people that have made a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and got the same treatment. This was to do with a Panama scam. It is real, and the only reason it went up to a two star was because I did have a conversation with the lady at BBB and there was nothing that she could do.
