The BBB is just as bad and crooked as the very businesses they're supposed to be saving consumers from. Filed a report against Electronic Arts and I get told my claim is "invalid". The only thing invalid is the BBBs ability to do anything anymore. Save your breath and typing fingers don't waste your time with these people. They'd rather watch you get screwed over by big corporations before they actually help you. The BBB is a fraud
I'm baffled by my experience with this BBB. I submitted a complaint about by condominium association and the resolution counselor responded that it was a duplicate complaint. I've made previous complaints about the association, but they were all about separate issues. When I pointed this out the counselor acknowledged that the complaints were different but said they were all about bad management and there were mentions of bylaws in multiple complaints.
