I was employed by Staykare Solutions LLC in Gilmer Texas to be a caregiver to a elderly couple in Longview, Texas. I worked for this company for 7 1/2 months taking care of the same couple when unexpectedly i was taken off that job for no reason and ask to work another job with less pay and 15 miles further to drive. Towne Oaks Apartment community at Old Bullard and the loop Tyler Texas, i went to the apartment community in sept,,I was told there was nothing to view and was given a floor plan for a small 1 bed room that would be available Dec 1st. I mailed in my \$300.00 deposit and \$40.00 app fee. I had my outboard motor repaired,supposedly under warrenty,but was charged over \$150.00 for the repairs. The motor was purchased about two months ago and has a two year warrenty. The comment from them was"Why didnt you buy from us?"making it obvious that had I purchased from them,I would have gotten better service. The issue is being taken up with the motor manufactur,hopefully with better results. I feel as though Ive been ripped off.
I would like to report Smith & Sons Tractor & Equipment in Murchison, Tx. They guaranteed they could fix the problem I was having with my Case tractor. I delivered it to them (50 miles one way) and after a week they told me it was fixed. I drove another 50 miles (one way) to pick it up. After paying \$824.48 I took my tractor home (another 50 miles) only to find that it wasnt fixed. I would like to report A & B air-conditioning & heating. Their service man Patrick was extremely rude and unprofessional. He was difficult in scheduling a time to meet. Then rude about our problem and charged us \$250 dollars for a \$100 dollar motor. Also he spent 15 min and charged another \$100. Stay away from these people if you can.
