The BBB is flat out criminal. They protect companies that pay their membership fees even though the companies have public reviews below 2 stars. They'll rate the companies with reviews below 2 stars an A+. (Look at Cornerstone Building Brands as an example). They close out complaints for companies that pay member fees before the issues are resolved. Don’t misunderstand the BBB is to protect consumers. I have complained about a business and many others have too, yet this company still has an A+ rating! according to the BBB they will reconsider after 3 complaints…. I count many more than that. The BBB offered mediation and arbitration with this company, that I took advantage of with no solution, it was a big waste of time. I think they employ the arbitrator, after waiting one month for a decision, they simply dismissed the case with no justification

I've been with them for years and they have raised annual dues significantly. I just found out they deleted over 20 reviews because they were older than a few years old. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!! I took weeks to reach a human, and after explaining my frustrations, she said she will have a manager call me back, which never happened. I've called, left voicemail and emails, with no avail. It's like nobody works here anymore. What a complete waste of money!
