Don’t misunderstand the BBB is to protect consumers. I have complained about a business and many others have too, yet this company still has an A+ rating! according to the BBB they will reconsider after 3 complaints…. I count many more than that. The BBB offered mediation and arbitration with this company, that I took advantage of with no solution, it was a big waste of time. I think they employ the arbitrator, after waiting one month for a decision, they simply dismissed the case with no justification

I've been with them for years and they have raised annual dues significantly. I just found out they deleted over 20 reviews because they were older than a few years old. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!! I took weeks to reach a human, and after explaining my frustrations, she said she will have a manager call me back, which never happened. I've called, left voicemail and emails, with no avail. It's like nobody works here anymore. What a complete waste of money!
The BBB created a profile without our consent and originally published a private property address of ours on their website, invading tenant privacy. I want my business off your website, as is violates tenants rights to a safe place of living when you’re publishing their address online.
