He put me on the phone with one of his students. He told me that in order for me to use the kit I had to become a student and pay 2.000 to 4.000 dollars. I want to warn people about doing business with the R & D Contractors, 321 Hollywood Ave, Hampton VA. I hired them to take down and old fence and put up a new fence around my home. My problems all began when the owner showed up with a drug addict then later on with and aclcoholic. Then he stopped coming all together. East Coast Leisure Pools on Western Branch Blvd. n Chesapeake, VA. Purchased rocking chairs and table from them. They had to special order the cushions. The chairs were in Virginia Beach. They required full payment which I gave them \$860.00. Two weeks have gone by no chairs and they refused to refund my money. I now have to file suit in the Chesapeake Courts in order to get my money back. They have lied numerous time about when the chairs would be in and when they would deliver them to my house.
