Do not buy tires at Costco! – Three years ago I purchased a set of Kirkland Signature tires at Costco. When i put snow tires on this year I discovered that one of the tires had a defective bulge in it. When I took the tire back to Costco they told me they would not warranty it or replace it. All that I hoped was that I would get the tire replaced. Everyone says that Costco is so great about warranties, but I have had way better luck at EVIL Walmart! Thank you, Doug Thompson

Avoid Cedar Ridge Apartments - 2619 N. Market St., Spokane – DO NOT APPLY HERE FOR AN APARTMENT !!!!! We applied on July 28th and as of today, no body calls back from Zanco Properties and the apartment manager has no clue what is going on. I believe that all the Zanco Properties are doing is collecting the $30-35 dollar fee and keeping it. They have also made snide comments about being Russian, so they seem to be selecting on what nationalty they approve. Electrical company.......Mr.Electric Spokane/Post Falls – I was charged $310 ($10) for gas to come to my house. There were 2 shop lights to be fixed. I was told that they were fixed, but they still do not work. They will come back out, at a "reduced" charge. They told me that the work is guaranteed, but it obviously isn't. I put a stop payment on the check, and now I am being threatened with collections. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
