Although I experienced wonderful customer service from Better Built Carolinas, the third party company they utilize to build metal garages has terrible customer service. "Metal Building Experts" is the company they utilize and Victoria works in the office (she has TERRIBLE customer service). Also keep in mind "Metal Building Experts" is not accredited with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) so any verbal or filed complaint will fall on deaf ears!!!
Great customer service, real kind people and great product quality, if i want another one i would definitelycome back again.
