I would not recommend this company to anyone in the Seattle Metropolitan area. Matter fact I would not recommend them to my dog. Thatās how bad the experience I have had with this company. I have all the documentation and the pictures to back up with an absolute most terrible job this company did, and when they were called out, they acknowledged the issues stated they were going to fix them and then did not return phone calls or text messages. Had a 24x40 foot shop built for woodworking, and this building turned out great! It has been a perfect experience working with Tyler to orchestrate the design and completion of this building to achieve exactly what I wanted. I worked with Susan. She is a joy to work with and knowledgeable. Susan ensured I received everything I wanted and followed through on the entire process. The craftsman that raised the building was professional, did an excellent job and removed all debris. I purchased the Garden Cottage. It is beautiful & well built, unlike the pre-fab sheds that are delivered. I've gotten many comments on it. Thank you Better Built Barns!Ā
