BEWARE!! I have been looking to purchase a manufactured home for some time now and have heard NOTHING BUT BAD things about this broker. I have called NUMEROUS times with no answer and not even a voice mail box. When I finally got a salesperson on the phone, she was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional when I explained my situation and circumstances. I have bought 2 homes from Better Brokers and I am very pleased. They stand behind their word and take care of their customers. I highly recommend buying a mobile home from them they know what they are doing.
I have called about SEVERAL mobile homes they have for sale. They are with out a doubt- HIGHLY over priced. (for the used older models) I have seen 2 Bedroom/1 Bath much older mobile home you can buy for around 4500. and they ask 8900. So, be ware!But they seem very friendly. :)
