I have previously used BBK for tax services, but I will no longer. Recently their customer service was atrocious! Dropped off my taxes kinda late this year, April 7th. I just picked them up June 17th which they still had not been done. I called a few times and always got the run around, two more weeks, yours is next. We'll needless to say they were not, obviously. The company was nice and reasonably priced; however, they never remembered to file our reports on time, resulting in late charges. We had to remind them to do things our company was paying them to handle. They would often not get back to us regarding matters that needed immediate handling. Poor communication and unprofessional.
Very good service from Cathy and the team. My brother and I have been going with her for about 3-4 years. I had problem with the IRS on prior years from filing taxes/audits she helped me with my situation and helped me clear everything up to where now everything is up to date. Very good prices even with today’s inflation she still manages to keep them at a price Thanks betterbook keeping.
New to the area so first time here but it was as great of an experience as having your taxes done can be. All the staff is very nice and welcoming. They even had a little gift for us. We will be back every year for our taxes!
