I would like to give a big shoutout to Better Body Fitness for starting me out on a journey that I did not see coming. After a long battle with health issues along with weight gain I found myself slipping into the darkness. With guidance from an amazing individual Maddie I am now 45# lighter and have completed several organized runs with my biggest achievement of running The Great Columbia Crossing 10k. Just joined after getting a tour over the weekend! Wanted to see how everything looked before making a decision. The facility was clean, and there are sanitizing stations all throughout the gym! Great membership deals as well no matter your budget! The amenities are great too!
