I just started after meeting the staff at a health fair. I have been incorporating all aspects of fitness and this place is fantastic! DJ is phenomenal and you will earn your stripes working out with him!
Hands down, best choice I’ve made working out at Better Body Fitness. VERY friendly and makes me actually want to go workout. I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave. DJ and Garilon really care and go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals. Highly recommended!

I recently joined Better Body and I love it. The staff is friendly, welcoming and supportive. The members are fun as well. It’s no judgements and I love going to workout there and challenging myself every class.
