BBB is honestly the best place where you can get a full body workout. The instructors are amazing. They are very motivating and encouraging. I’ve been on and off due to my schedule, but I always come back. 😜 I’m from Flushing this is one of the more convenient location for me. If your a bus rider like me, there’s a bus stop near there. Definitely recommend 👌
I have been a member at BBB for about 9 months now and I love it! The classes are energizing and I never know what to expect (except burpees) because they’re all different. The trainers are great and keep you motivated and excited about being there. The members are friendly and welcoming. So happy I joined!
