I guess my review was deleted but save your time and money by going else where. This establishment is only concerned with collecting good reviews and could care less about the actual work done. Our car is still not fixed properly even though they were paid my deductible plus paid by the insurance. At this point, it's our lost because I refuse to take the vehicle back to their shop. Had anyone really write their true reviews I would have never taken my car there but as I see, when you write the truth they delete it.
Better body auto collision is one of the most incompetent companies i had ever dealt with. These guys are the worst. They don't have any customer service what so ever. My car had a minor bumper damage and i was told it will take 3 days to fix but it took them 8 days to fix it. I have to call them every single time for the update.
