Great fitness center. Extremely clean, loads of equipment, lots of room, and a good atmosphere. The owner is polite and runs her gym so as to accommodate your schedule. I'm generally not a fan of gyms because of uncleanliness, loud blaring music, obnoxious muscle heads, and having to wait for equipment. None of that goes on here. The owner has it figured out and operates a very nice gym.

I joined the gym, October 2021, when I moved to Erwin, and am still a current member. It is really a community style gym. The gym has clear expectations when it comes to re-racking weights, cleaning equipment in between uses, etc. that really keep the space and the environment clean and well maintained. I started out inquiring about personal training with the owner. You do have to join the gym to personally train with the owner, which is fine. The gym is 24/7 with a code in access.
