24/7 fitness facility that is safe and convenient. Everything you need to get in shape & live a healthier lifestyle is right inside the gym doors. Knowledgeable and friendly staff is here to help you as well as friendly members. Members only allowed so no need to worry about non-members entering. Great gym. Excellent selection of equipment and the owner takes exceptionally good care of the facilities.
Great fitness center. Extremely clean, loads of equipment, lots of room, and a good atmosphere. The owner is polite and runs her gym so as to accommodate your schedule. I'm generally not a fan of gyms because of uncleanliness, loud blaring music, obnoxious muscle heads, and having to wait for equipment. None of that goes on here. The owner has it figured out and operates a very nice gym.
