I’ve been going to Better Bodies for a while and the experience has gone downhill, especially under the new management. The gym is way too small for the amount of people they let in. It is overcrowded at almost every hour and the equipment feels old and worn out. Cables are stripping, the plates stick together, and a lot of the machines feel rundown. Large, well equipped gym. There is a lot of cardio machines upstairs. Got a great berry and protein shake when I finished
The customer service is so bad just entered in the gym there was guy may be owner’s brother or relative i don’t know name is KENNY i guess he started yelling at me and my husband saying you don’t wipe your shoes, we were not even fully inside the building firstly my car was parked just outside of the gym 4 steps away from door, shoes were not even wet but i understand we should clean our shoes basic sense but you can’t call your clients jerk or start yelling at them in bad language we are paying for services not coming here ... read more
