About this business
We are a family run business. There is a women's only gym as well as a mixed gym indoors. We specialise in bodybuilding, powerlifting and have lots of strongmen and women members!! We have over 40 years of experience between members of staff and this includes personal training and guidance on different fields of training, nutrition and health. We sell a variety of different supplements ranging from protein bars to shaker bottles plus more!! No contracts, no direct debits and daily memberships of £4.50 per person :)

This was a really good gym-they have it all. I had to cancel my membership due to back injury (non gym related) for a few months and cancellation was easy and straight forward. I am planning to rejoin this exact one when I get chance.
Been going to this gym regularly for around a year - no complaints, very clean, friendly. Great place to get in a no nonsense work out
I have only just joined this gym and absolutely love the cosy feel. The staff are super friendly and welcoming too! It's always clean and has a nice vibe in the women's section.
