I have not had much success with the Better Bladder Center in Winter Haven. After being told over the phone I would not have a copay due for my initial visit, and then at my appointment being informed I had no copay, I received a bill in the mail. Prior to receiving the bill, I had attempted to call 3 times about future potential copays in regards to a pelvic therapy procedure that I may need, and never could get in touch with the right person.
