Super unfortunate that they let the BEST counselor go, Jerinel. She was the kindest, wisest, just pure qualities of a Christian woman!! This practice is going downhill. Please be careful! Especially post partum mothers, beware. If I could leave -5 stars for this I would. Left 2 stars because it is less easier to delete my comment! God bless😊
Was recommended by a home RN newborn service. Already have a psychiatrist that I follow up with routinely, but was going to do counseling with this group. Initial appt was scheduled as a mistake and was advised to continue to follow up with my psychiatrist. Nothing else. Nothing prescribed or discussed further as I already had a psychiatrist appt the following week. Was still charged for services? Not sure how that works…almost like telling a stranger on the road if they feel sick, go see a doctor and that’ll be $200 please.... read more
Check your e-mails they do not call you cancel your next day appointment. In fact they will send you a text confirming your appointment then a little less than a hour later e-mail you cancellation notice. Even though they have your phone number and could have called or text messaged you. It really just shows how much they care.
I could not be happier with my experience with Better Beginnings. The staff is always very kind and caring and when I have questions they are answered immediately. My PA is very attentive and caring and always has my best interest (in mind) when helping to care for my mental health. I would recommend this place and am highly appreciative to have found such a caring and professional place. My mental health has improved greatly due to their professionalism, expertise and kindness.
I have seen one of the psychiatrist in Better Beginnings and she is very caring and professional. She has helped me greatly with my symptoms and I am able to have my life back.
