Just finishing out our week at Charlie's Place which we rented through Better Beach Rentals. We love this house and have stayed here 25+ years at the 4th of July. The living area is spacious and meets the needs for a large group. Better Beach Rentals is very easy to work with and is very accommodating to any issues that may arise. We've already booked for next year!
We have just completed a week of fun and enjoyment at one of your rentals. As a group we have been going to various beaches for about 5 years and would rate this experience, our first at oak island, as the best. Our villa was very clean, beautifully decorated and very well equipped with everything we needed to be very comfortable. The view was great and our service with better beach rental was very positive and helpful. We have already planned a return visit. Thanks for a great week.
Brought a very large group to Oak Island with specific needs and the staff at Better Beach worked hard to accommodate. There was some miscommunication regarding pricing , but in the end they honored what had been quoted by their rental agent. The house was clean. It was not very well furnished for such a large house - hopefully something Better Beach can work on with the homeowner. Will definitely use Better Beach Rentals in the future - but for different properties.
