Staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and quick. Had me in and out within twenty minutes, very patient answering any questions I had along the way. Look forward to banking with them for the foreseeable future.
The best place to Bank. The most beautiful ladies work here. They have amazing customer service, they know your name not just a number to them. Deidre and Elizabeth always make the day better.
We had purchased an auto loan through The Lighthouse it was My first time inside Better Banks!! Kris was amazing at helping me with all the information I needed about my car for the insurance! Awesome experience was thinking on way out I need to tell my husband we should do more business at this Better Banks since we are new in town! Thank you!
