This was my first lymphatic drainage massage. It was very gentle and relaxing. It definitely worked as well! Lindsey also took the time after our session to demonstrate some neck stretching exercises for me. I will definitely be back!
My favorite place to get a massage. Sarah has helped me address muscle tension I’ve had for years. Would highly recommend.
